Birth/Labor

I will serve births up to 60 miles distance from Burlington, KS. Reasonable mileage fees will apply thereafter, and accommodations if necessary. Further distance from me includes more risk of not being able to be there in time for the birth if labor is very quick..

"On call" means I will stay within 2 hours of birth location from 37 weeks gestation until baby is born. I am ready to leave where I am within 30 minutes of notification of labor

Upon booking I require a non-refundable retainer fee of $200 to remain on call - that goes towards your total owed, as well as your signature on my contract.
